This structured therapeutic program is designed for children who experience an injury to their brain. The goal of this program is to increase the child's ability to function more independently while performing daily activities at home, in school and within the community. The therapeutic activities provided in the program help children who are coping with cognitive impairments that affect their orientation, planning and organization, problem solving and reasoning, memory and attention as a result of sustaining a brain injury.
