*Effective October 1, 2021 Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital (MWPH) requires all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. MWPH provides limited exemptions from its requirement that employees be vaccinated against COVID-19. These include exemptions for individuals who cannot receive the vaccine due to a medical condition or an objection to the vaccine based on sincerely held religious beliefs.
