  • Child Life and Therapeutic Recreation Internship Program

    The Child Life & Therapeutic Recreation internship program at Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital pairs Interns with a Certified Child Life Specialist or a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist who provide supervised and guided experiences with children while supporting the development of professional child life skills and/or therapeutic recreation skills.

  • Rehabilitation Therapy Services

    Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital strives to help individuals realize their fullest potential and enhance their overall quality of life upon return to the community.

  • Torticollis and Plagiocephaly

    A specialized clinic to assess the common disorders of Torticollis and Plagiocephaly is held at Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital on the second and fourth Mondays of each month.

  • Physical Therapy

    The overall goal of physical therapy is to maximize each patient’s participation in their family, school and recreation activities and routines. 

  • Occupational Therapy

    The primary objective of occupational therapy at Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital is to improving all performance components of activities of daily living.

  • Speech and Language

    The goal of the speech language services at Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital is to maximize each patient's communication and oral-motor functioning status so that he/she will have use of the most efficient communication and/or feeding program.
