The Developmental Evaluation Clinic at MWPH is designed to treat children between the ages of 0 - 23 months who are known to have biological or environmental factors that place them at risk for developmental delays.

Every treatment plan for every condition is individualized for your child. A large number of those plans include therapeutic services such as physical and occupational therapy, physiatry, cognitive programming and even aquatic therapy.

Universal Exercise Unit (Spider Cage) Therapy is provided in our Ability Center. The unit is a three sided wire walled space that allows a therapist to use a variety of bungees, belts, pulleys and/or weights to provide individually determined support and strengthening.

The Therasuit® Method is a soft supportive wearable orthotic suit with a series of hooks and elastic cords that the child wears during specific therapy sessions.

An acquired brain injury (also known as traumatic brain injury) is an injury to the brain that has occurred after birth. It is not hereditary, congenital or degenerative.
