Our Feeding Clinic has specific criteria for appointments. If your child does not meet the criteria at this time, we have a variety of services that we may be able to offer your family.
Due to the high volume of requests we received for the Feeding Program, return calls can take 3-5 business days. Thank you in advance for your patience. We look forward to speaking with you.
Insurance Information
Please be advised that there may be limitations in coverage for some services. If you would like to verify your coverage with your insurance company, we have included the CPT codes and approximate charges for an initial evaluation with our interdisciplinary feeding team. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept out-of-state medical assistance.
