“Pediatric medicine is unique. Helping to heal children with complex diagnoses is challenging and one of the most rewarding specialties we could ever work in,” said Scott Klein, MD, MHSA, President and CEO of Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital. “What makes this award so special is that it comes from those who know our doctors best—their peers. Their expertise, collaborative approach and commitment to our patients, their families, and our community is unwavering and they deserve to be honored for their dedicated work.”

In this issue, the magazine honors physicians across 129 specialties and is based on nominations from doctors to the Baltimore magazine website, where they had the chance to recommend their peers.

The doctors will be celebrated on November 9 at Five Iron Golf in Baltimore and are featured in Baltimore magazine's November issue.
