Dr. Erica Lee is the program administrator for the Outpatient Psychology Department at Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital, where she oversees therapeutic services and manages therapy and testing waitlists across specialty areas. With over 10 years of experience at the hospital, Dr. Lee specializes in treating children and adolescents with anxiety, mood disorders, trauma and adjustment disorders, non-suicidal self-injury, and challenges related to young adulthood and life transitions. She also conducts and supervises psychological assessments for youth with learning difficulties, ADHD, trauma, and emotional or behavioral concerns. She earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the American School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University in Washington, DC, and completed her internship at the Center for Children in Maryland, followed by post-doctoral training at Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital.
