Dr. Brenda Elliott is facilitating a support group for families who have children with brain injuries. Topics will include: Brain Basics, Myths and Misconceptions, Developmental Stages, Transitioning Home, Rehab Services, Grief and Loss, and effects on siblings, to name a few. Refreshments will be provided. |

This unique program is designed
to provide peer support for eight to 13 year-old siblings of
children with special needs. The group activities provide a
forum for questions and discussion in dealing with the many
issues of having a special needs brother or sister. |

four workshops - scholarships are available. Registration is
required. |
