"As a PT, I'm exposed to all levels of care within the facility. What's unique about Mt. Washington is that you're expected to treat all types of patients and conditions. More importantly, you're given the resources and support to do so... It's so interdisciplinary here. We're also working alongside OT, speech and psych therapists...it's definitely a collaborative approach and provides constant learning across disciplines.
"The staff is really experienced here. Starting out as a new grad, this helped me to develop my skills immensely. The team is great to work with. I've no hesitation to ask for help if necessary. There's no superiority here. We're one team, working together."
