Even a small gift is a big deal to our children

How You Can Help

Good health is something we want every child to enjoy, so it's not surprising that when we learn of sick children, we wonder what we can do to help.

For more than 80 years, Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital has been caring for children from birth to 18 years of age with special medical and rehabilitative needs. By sending a contribution to Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital, you will be helping to support our inpatient and outpatient programs.

Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital is a community-supported nonprofit institution. We serve without regard to the patient's ability to pay, and more than 70 percent of our patients come from families of limited incomes. Our nonprofit corporate status means that we rely solely on patient revenue and private charitable contributions for our operating health.

Whether the patient is a tiny baby who is born HIV positive or a teenager who has sustained a brain injury from an accident, he or she will live with overwhelming problems that would surely challenge the strongest among us.

Your gift can be unrestricted, which allows the Board of Trustees to use it where the need is the greatest, or your gift can be designated to one special area:

  • Area of Greatest Need
  • Child Life Program
